About Membership Registration
How to use for the first time |
・If you are a first-time user, please click on [Register as a new member]. Enter your email address and password , then click [Create]. ・When you receive the [Customer Account Verification] email, click [Access Shop] in the email . Please register your shipping address when placing your order. * The email address and password you entered will be your login email address. *If you use Gmail, it may be in the "Promotions" tab. *If you have specified a domain, we may not be able to deliver the email. Please make sure that you can receive emails from [k-1.co.jp]. |

If you have already registered |
You can log in from the [Login] screen using the email address and password you used when registering as a member. If you forget your password and cannot log in, ②Enter the "email address" you registered to receive a password reset email and click [Send]. ③When you receive the email titled [Reset your password for your account], enter the password you want to change and click [Change to new password]. Changes can be made using ① to ③ above. Please note that, due to privacy reasons, we are unable to confirm your password. Please understand that we are unable to respond to any inquiries regarding your password. |
How to cancel your membership |
For inquiries regarding cancellation procedures, please use the inquiry form . It may take some time to process. Once your cancellation has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email to inform you of the completion. *After canceling your membership, you will not be able to check any history, including your membership registration details, order history, or delivery history. *You cannot cancel your membership if you have any items currently on order or are returning any items. *It may take some time to process. *Please note that once you have completed the cancellation procedure, your cancellation cannot be reversed. |

Login and password |
You can log in from the [Login] screen using the email address and password you used when registering as a member. If you have forgotten your password and cannot log in, click [Forgot your password?] on the login screen and reset your password to a new one, after which you will be able to log in. |
Confirmation and change of member information |
You can add, edit, or delete your registered address information. The delivery address for products for which the order process has been completed will not be updated even if you change your registration information on your My Page. |
